MY SOULMATE

Here is another poem I just recently wrote for my beautiful wife:

Since the 1st
day I saw u I already knew
From that day forward
I would end up with u
Standing hand in hand,
Me looking straight into your eyes,
You make me feel
Like I’m flying high in the skies
I love u with all my heart,
I love u with all my soul.
It’s the way we bond
That’s making our love grow.
I got a few words to tell you,
I got a few words to say
They are coming from the heart
I mean them every day.
As simple as it is,
Coming 4rm me to u,
As much as it means,
BABY GIRL I LOOOVE U!!!

Women who I was told had a thing for me have tried to cause trouble with my marriage but I am in love with only one woman. They can say whatever they want but it's not gonna come between us. It's also funny how we are getting critizized for our parenting skills..because we don't spank or swat at all. Just because we never do no matter what he does doesn't mean our kids aren't disciplined. We do. As long as a kid has some disciplined they won't grow up to be a criminal. I was beat by my dad and drunk and partied heavily as a teen. It made me want to rebel more.

Nic has also been in a depressed mood lately. Very quiet and crying all the time. Any disagreement she has with a friend makes her cry. I stayed home from work with her a few days to help her feel better. I do whatever it takes to cheer her up. I've gotten some emails too from two men (I could give out names but I won't right now) saying I'm a piece of shit for a man. Because I do anything my wife wants and make her happy and don't discipline her. That's MY CHOICE, I know what emotional abuse is and she does not do that to me. But my judgement of some DD marriages is when the man wants it and basically tells his wife theirs no going back now and seems to get a lot of enjoyment over causing his wife physical pain. If a wife wants it and asks for it and is TRULY happy with it than that's great. But I still wouldn't be strict with my wife. If she wanted out she could always get out of it (a discipline). There's a blog someone showed me called "Shelter From the Storm" and she sounds just like my friend who was in a DD marriage. She really doesn't want the spankings and fears them but her husband doesn't seem to care and told her she will never get out of the lifestyle and he is boss. That is WRONG and yes ABUSE. People think I'm saying DD is wrong period. To me if the wife asks for it and really wants it and the husband can do it and they are BOTH the happiest they've ever been and she's never afraid than that's great.

I just know my wife inside and out. We may have only been married 3 yrs but I have known her since we were kids and we have a special bond. Yes we argue but I never yell no matter what and she has watched how she reacts and things she says in an argument. She will walk away if she thinks she is gonna yell or say the wrong thing to me because she said she wants to treat me like I treat her. And any of our friends can tell anyone how in love we are and happy we both are. She's been abused so she feels like if she's loosing control she lashes out and yes I let her. She has this fear that she will somehow loose me but I'm always showing her I'm not going anywhere. I love doing the little suprises I do for her and being romantic and cooking and cleaning. She doesn't tell me to do anything, in fact she will try to wash dishes after I cook but I take over and do it anyway or sometimes she washes and I dry. I don't agree it's a woman's place to cook and clean. And btw: Mitch at the Husbandly Touch Blog already informed me if his wife refused to submit to discipline and said no more ever he would stop even the lifestyle means a lot to him. I respect that even if I don't agree with a lot of things he does to her and his rules. My wife is such a fiery personality it would take completely breaking her spirit like her ex did to make her submit.

Anyway, I ranted to long. Until next time.

  1. Josh,
This is what happens when you publish disrespectful accusatory comments from people who don't know you and who feel they can judge your life from afar. A perfectly lovely blog about your love for your wife turned into a cesspool of ugliness and anger. What should have been beautiful has turned into a toilet where people come to call you names and turn your love for your wife into something sick and disgusting.
Perhaps now you'll understand why several of the other bloggers (yes, even the ones who brought dd to their husbands, myself included) have refused to publish your demeaning and accusatory comments. They were trying to avoid this. This could have been a beautiful public love letter to your wife, but you've allowed it to be poisoned by your own hatred and disrespect for the way other people have chosen to live their lives. Do you now see how it feels to be on the receiving end of ignorance and abuse by total strangers? It doesn't feel good, does it? This is how they felt when you came into their blogs and treated them like they were dirt because they don't conduct their marriage the way you see fit. Just because someone has a public blog does not obligate them to entertain hatred and accusations from people who don't know them.
You have a beautiful marriage here. And you understandably have a lot of anger toward your wife's ex who was clearly abusive. This is not what a happy, loving DD marriage is all about, and I think you've confused them. I won't try to defend DD to you, you've clearly made up your mind that you'll never listen to anyone regarding this issue. But It was never necessary to attack other people in order to prove it to your wife or anyone else. Allow your love for her to be pure and to pour out onto your blog without the need to soil it by your anger and animosity toward people who's lives you don't understand. Your last two poems were beautiful. Let this be the light by which you shine. Not your hatred for a lifestyle and people you've never met. If you can only prove to your wife that you love her by putting other people down, then... well, you don't have much of a marriage at all.
I will always comment with more respect than you've shown me.
    Kathleen

  2. Why are all of your posts about DD and how you'd never spank and blah, blah, blah? It really goes against what your blog is seemingly about - the love you and your wife share. It seems like that takes a backseat to your rants on those topics.

  3. Because I know I'm a REAL man and never hit my wife for any reason no
matter what she does or would do. No man has the right to physically hurt his wife. And any man who would feel like he needed to in order to he her to submit is a weak little person and is scum. Stormy's husband is a bastard and she should show him he can't control her. Reminds me of our friends husband who she finally left after he wouldn't stop. And if u actually could read right u would c my blog is about how much my wife means 2 me and how much I love her. Oh and I showed my wife the accusations about that site so go ahead email her. Wont ruin our mariage. That's not me and she knows it. And FYI my email is J_Man81@yahoo.com NOT jman! Lol so funny what others thought. And my Facebook is j_man81@live.com. Add me and see how my real friends agree I'm a great husband.

  4. I saw on Stormys blog were they said about showing your wife. It was mean and could have hurt your wife. Uncalled for in every way. As for the DD lifestyle from what I've seen it causes these women to be abused and even the husbands who did not bring the relationship to the wives turned into monster. Soon they are finding more and more reasons to beat the wife. I do not call them spankings they are beaten. The old adage is true absolute power corrupts absolutely! These women are like Eve who brings the sin to her husband. Soon it takes root and destroys what was once love.
